Reflection
Through this module, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of the importance of heritage and the need to conserve and preserve it for future generations. I’ve learned that heritage buildings and landscapes should not only be protected but, in some cases, undergo adaptive reuse to ensure their longevity and relevance in a modern context. This has broadened my perspective on how architectural preservation can contribute to cultural continuity and the sustainability of our built environment.
